  I cannot connect to the stream

There are three possible reasons for you being unable to connect to the stream:

1. Your firewall or proxy is blocking it, this is most likely if you are trying to access the stream from at work or another institution where port blocking is in use, sadly there is no way we can fix this or provide a workaround solution

2. There is currently no stream being provided, please check the details under the player so see when live broadcasts are scheduled, generally services last up to 80 minutes

3. All available user "slots" have been taken and your connection is being refused. We do this to prevent overload which would ruin the broadcast for everyone. Currently we can only support up to 10 users although we are looking into possiible ways to increase this number. We automatically allocate slots on a first come, first served basis.
